Nest Jacket

The Nest Jacket combines an oversized shape with a textured pattern to create a drop shoulder, crew-neck jacket. It is knitted from the bottom up in a slip-stitch pattern, with 1x1 rib stitch hems and cuffs. The body is knitted flat in one piece until the armholes are reached. Then, the body is split into three sections: left front, back, and right front, which are worked separately. Next, the shoulder seams are joined, and then the sleeves are worked in the round from stitches picked up and knitted around the armholes.
