Fioria is a top down seamless yoke sweater with a deep colorwork chart that has been influenced by historical Polish embroidery. The motif is from a cross stitched ladies’ shirt from central Poland in Rawa Mazowiecki. The neckline is ribbed and is followed by short rows at the back of the neck to create a comfortable fit. This is followed by stranded knitting that is worked in multiple colours, featuring flowers, leaves and geometrical shapes. The chart continues past the arm and body divide for the smaller sizes. The sleeves are knit in stockinette stitch and the cuffs and body are finished off in ribbing.
