Baby Opossum

This is a digital crochet pattern to make a baby opossum. I created this pattern when I made bunch of these little babies to raise money for my local SPCA wildlife rescue center. I volunteer there, so I handle these little critters often. As cute as this little crochet baby is, the real babies are even cuter. They don't use much yarn so they are good stash busters if you have a few little balls of the right colors laying around. I've even made them out of fluffy chenille yarn, which makes a much bigger opo, but very soft.
