The warmest, most snuggly neck-warmer! I designed this by the request of my daughter to keep her warm when horseback riding in the winter. The dickie is knit top down on circular needles and is a quick and easy worsted-weight knit. Directions are provided for 9 sizes from baby through a large adult head.
