Choose eight colors of fingering weight yarn to knit this top-down shawl inspired by the landscapes of Iceland. The semi-circle shape begins with easy garter stitch stripes. Then, the colors mix and mingle in a syncopated brioche section. There is also a simple seed stitch non-brioche option to follow. The garter stitch stripes provide a relaxing and meditative quality, so you can enjoy your beautiful colors. All eight shades weave in and out of each other in a woven slip stitch motif. The final border features a mountainous short row section flowing into wavy eyelets. This colorful shawl is ideal for partial skeins or 50g skeins like West Wool Bicycle. Channel your favorite natural landscape into a collage of stripes and wrap yourself in colorful stitches. **Finished Measurements** 99″ / 251cm wingspan length, 25″ / 64cm from CO to BO edge measured along the center of the shawl.
