It’s DK weight, 100% SW Merino wool (246yds/100g) with a 4.5mm hook. There are 9 colours used in the pattern with an extra skein of “Rough Waters” to finish the border. All 168 square colour combinations are written out in a chart so that you can make the EXACT blanket (as shown) in the photos-- A Colour Legend section will provide up close photos of the colour ways used in the pattern if you'd like to substitute your own yarn.
