Varvara Pullover

Welcome the new season with Varvara! My fall design worked in sport or fingering-weight yarn for a light yet cozy feel. This classic circular-yoke sweater is knit top-down, so you can easily adjust body and sleeve lengths as you go. Delicate decorative colorwork bands sit just above the hem and cuffs, adding a graceful finish beyond the traditional ribbing. Block your swatch the same way you plan to block your pullover and let it fully dry before measuring the gauge. Techniques used Knitting in the round, short rows, trapping floats in stranded knitting, lifted increases, stretch bind-off.
