Nettie Vest

The Nettie Vest is a tribute to a sweet little Jacob sheep named Nettie, who provided me with the first fleece I hand-processed on my own. She came with a note saying that her fleece was a little dirty from a 3-day adventure through the mountains with her sister and her dog, and she immediately stole my heart. Like Nettie, this vest is classic, but always ready for an adventure. Stitches are picked up to add front left and front right shoulders. Front shoulders are joined with cast on stitches and the rest of the front panel is worked.
