Dropping In Cowl

A quick and easy-to-hook cowl with a fun twisted fringe along one edge and a faux I-cord along the other edge. The sample was made with a worsted weight yarn and a size H/5mm crochet hook. Cowl measured 24" around x 6" tall not including fringe. Can be made any size with any weight of yarn by changing the hook size to suit the yarn. The 3 page pattern has written instructions only.
