This light and lovely crescent shawl combines garter stitch and lace. It was designed to highlight the beautiful shadings of your favourite, precious, hand-dyed skein of fingering weight yarn. Multiple sections of different textures make this pattern a fun and engaging knit. The finished shawl is a beautiful lightweight accessory, which is cosy & easy to wear during the warmer season. Allow approx. 400 yards/366 meters to get the size of the sample. Yarn used for sample: La Bien Aimée Merino Singles (fingering weight, 100g=400yds/366m), 1 skein in colourway Pêche Mignon GAUGE & NEEDLES Not critical for this project but differences will affect yardage requirements and the finished size.
