Liliane the Langoustine

Join Kerry Lord and the [@toft_uk][1] community for a Summer ‘crochetalong’ to make Liliane the Langoustine, starting on Thursday 12th June with daily Instagram videos. This fun and informal crochet along (CAL) is a great way to challenge your crochet hook as we learn new techniques together and enjoy seeing everyone’s creations come to life on the #edsanimals hashtag. The CAL will run from the 12th to the 20th June, so get your wool and 3mm crochet hook ready to begin and make sure you’re following [@toft_uk][2] on Instagram. Liliane the Langoustine is ideal for levelling up your crochet skills as a beginner to the craft! Perfect for practising a variety of techniques, you'll enjoy crocheting each piece of this colourful crustacean as much as displaying her once complete. This crochet animal kit contains TOFT’s quality pure wool yarn and an easy-to-follow downloadable pattern. There are video links for all the crochet stitches and techniques used in the pattern to get you started and help you complete your toy. YOU WILL NEED: To complete your crochet animal you will need a few added extras including a 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing and a wool needle. Find everything you need in our haberdashery section or upgrade to a complete kit which includes all of the above! MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Langoustine will be approximately 36cm long from tip of claws to end of tail. SKILL LEVEL 2: This kit is suitable for enthusiastic beginners or those who have crocheted before. IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 5-10 hours crochet time.
