Linen Love

Linen Love is an utterly romantic shawl with twisted ribbing and delicate feather and fan lace. The shawl starts out as a typical triangle shape but after the first lace section it will take on a new shape with the addition of new shawl tips. The shawl ends with a picot bind-off using the contrast colour after the second lace section. **Size** Large **Yarn** Lucky Omen Yarns pellavainen (70% wool, 30% linen, single-ply, non-SW, 400 m / 100 g), or other fingering weight yarn. Shown in colours Pellava (MC) and Jade (CC). 2 skeins of MC and 1 skein of CC. **Yardage** MC: 680 yds / 620 m, CC: 380 yds / 350 m. **Needles** US 5 (3.75 mm) - 40’’ / 100 cm long circular needle. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the right gauge. **Gauge** 19 sts x 26 rows = 4x4’’ / 10x10 cm in twisted ribbing, worked flat (after blocking). **Other** 12 stitch markers, tapestry needle. **Finished measurements** Wingspan: 75’’ / 190 cm Depth: 31.5’’ / 80 cm
