Saphira

Saphira is a 59-inch blanket, made with Stylecraft Special DK and a size 4mm/G hook. Approx 3933 meters/4293 yards of yarn needed. Should you choose to use a thicker yarn and larger hook, your project will of course be larger in size, and you will need more yarn. The pattern is available in US and UK terms as photo tutorial and as written only with just a few photo's. The brown version was made with 3 colours. The pink version used for the tutorial was made with 5 colours. Below you will find the amount of yarn to order for a completed or a baby size blanket. To make a 36 inch baby size blanket then stop after round 65. For baby size you need approx 581 grams of yarn. 1714 meters/ 1871 yards. For the brown baby version you will need: 2x Camel 3x Hint of Silver 2x Mocha For the pink version: 2x Cream 1x Pistachio 2x Plum 1x Clematis 2x Magenta For the completed brown version you will need: 6x Camel 4x Hint of Silver 5x Mocha For the pink version: 3x Cream 3x Pistachio 4x Plum 4x Clematis 3x Magenta You can find both colorways and the amount used per round listed in a separate pdf where you can also fill in your own colours.
