Ginger Cardigan

The Ginger Cardigan is an airy, oversized, crochet garment. As the ideal swimsuit cover or a lovely accessory to spice up your outfit! This project is perfect for an adventurous beginner. Size is completely customizable! Before starting, you will want to determine the wearer’s wingspan by measuring elbow to elbow across the back with arms outstretched. Sample was made to fit a 34” wingspan (elbow to elbow). You’ll need a size US G (4mm) crochet hook. Gauge is not important for this project. You’ll also need a locking stitch marker, a tapestry needle, and scissors. Sample was made with HiKoo Popcycle (50% Bamboo, 50% Polyester from Recycled Bottles, 305 yards per 100 gram hank). Sample uses 4 hanks total in color#3023-Clouded. This pattern includes instructions for a single color version but can easily be completed using multiple colors (striping, color-blocking, etc).
