Denny is the perfect little mid-season sweater, with its slightly ballooned short sleeves and its very light mohair. It hides a small openwork pattern along the back of the shoulders, giving it a very feminine look. It will look just as beautiful in a bright color as in a more neutral tone. You just have to make a choice. Or not! 5 – 5 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 7 – 8 – 8 – 9 skeins of Fonty Ombelle (col. 1007), used alone. Approximately (DK yarn) : 594 – 662 – 725 – 809 – 876 – 956 – 1027 – 1125 – 1215 meters / 649 – 724 – 793 – 885 – 958 – 1045 – 1123 – 1230 – 1329 yards. Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows = 10 cm / 4 inches in stockinette stitch worked flat and in the round on 4,5 mm / US 7 needles with one strand of yarn, after blocking. Chest circumference (fullest point): 100 – 110 – 120 – 130 – 140 – 150 – 160 – 170 – 180 cm / 39 ¼ - 43 ¼ - 47 ¼ - 51 ¼ - 55 – 59 – 63 – 67 – 70 ¾ inches. To be worn with 20 – 30 cm / 7 ¾ - 11 ¾ inches positive ease. To choose which size to fit, measure your chest circumference, add recommended or desired ease and knit the corresponding size in chest circumferences (fullest point) C. I wear size 3 with 32 cm / 12 ½ inches positive ease. Denny est le parfait petit pull de mi-saison, avec ses manches un peu ballon qui descendent au pli du coude et son mohair tout léger. Il cache son jeu en dévoilant un petit motif ajouré longeant les épaules sur le dos, et sera aussi beau dans un coloris vif que dans une tonalité plus neutre ! 5 – 5 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 7 – 8 – 8 – 9 pelotes d’Ombelle Fonty (coloris 1007), tricoté seul. Équivalent métrage (fil DK) : 594 – 662 – 725 – 809 – 876 – 956 – 1027 – 1125 – 1215 mètres. Échantillon : réalisé en jersey endroit à plat et en circulaire, avec un fil et les aiguilles n°4,5 : 16 mailles x 24 rangs pour un carré de 10 x 10 cm. Tour de poitrine pull : 100 – 110 – 120 – 130 – 140 – 150 – 160 – 170 – 180 cm. Aisance positive recommandée 20 – 30 cm environ. Pour choisir quelle taille faire, mesurer son tour de poitrine, y ajouter l’aisance recommandée ou souhaitée, et tricoter la taille correspondante en tour de poitrine pull (C).
