The Marginalia Socks celebrate these intriguing textual asides with delightfully tactile stitches. Knit from the top down, they begin with a 1x1 twisted rib cuff. The sock’s leg features an all-around playful twisted stitch pattern (reminiscent of scribbles and doodles) which continues down and across the top of the foot. The alternating stitches create a visual rhythm that's both orderly and spontaneous, with a satisfying texture.
