Daphnis Cardigan

The Daphnis Cardigan features a tied closure, an asymmetrical, wrapped fit and wider, flowy sleeves, that are still practical in day-to-day life. The cardigan is worked top down using a saddle shoulder technique. The neckline is formed with increases. The sleeves are put on hold after finishing the top part and the body is worked straight down. The opening edge and hem are finished with one long i-cord cast off. Afterwards, the sleeve stitches are put back on the needle and the sleeves are worked in the round, with some increases starting at the elbow. The sleeves are also finished using an i-cord cast-off.
