Spring Feverish 2025: Plain

This is the last planned project for Spring Feverish 2025! This small shawl uses some of my favorite basic techniques from the Spring Feverish 2025 collection. Worked in garter stitch, it’s a great way showcase a self-striping yarn. The design combines the visual (and knitting) interest of a geometric, directional mini-shawl project with comfortable garter stitch. **Materials:** * About 310-350 yds of dk-weight yarn; sample shown in chain-plied handspun merino * 1 24"circular needle in US5-7/3.75-4.5mm, or size needed for gauge, used to work flat. * Stitch marker * Tapestry needle **Gauge:** Gauge is 16 sts and 32 rows over 4”/10cm of garter stitch, worked flat and blocked.
