Summer Chats Cowl

The Summer Chats cowl is the official pattern for the Fiberside Summer Crawl. This simple, easy to memorize pattern is perfect for chatting away the rows. It's worked in the round in 2-10 colors. Instructions for sizing modifications are given. Yarn 500 total yards of DK weight yarn in 2-10 colors. US Size 4, 16 inch circular needle or two sizes smaller than gauge needle. US Size 6, 24 inch circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge. 1 Stitch marker. Shown in 3 color version (page 3) Emma’s Yarn Simply Spectacular DK, 75% Super wash Merino, 25% Nylon, 255 yards/ 100 grams in colors, Sea Me Now, Harbor, and Whisper. 10 color version (main photo) Emma’s Yarn Simply Spectacular DK Smalls Theme Pack, 10 colors, 20 grams each, 500 yards total in the color “Slice of Sunshine” Gauge 22 sts x 34 rows = 4 inches, in pattern repeat, blocked. Please take time to check gauge. Finished Measurements 24 inch circumference, 14.5 inches tall. You can adjust the circumference by casting on on more or less stitches in multiples of 4. The height can be adjusted by working fewer or more repeats.
