Victoria shawl

Victoria was the ancient Roman goddess of victory. The Victoria shawl is a little triangular kerchief that can be worn in multiple ways. The shawl is worked from the tip, with Increases made on every right-side row until the full width is reached, before decreasing all the way back to the opposite tip. The size can easily be adjusted to create a larger shawl by adding more pattern repeats. The Victoria shawl can be knitted by combining fingering-weight yarn with silk mohair or using a single strand of DK-weight yarn. Size One size Total length (adjustable): 100 cm / 39.5 inches Total width (adjustable): 30 cm/ 11.75 inches Yarn Note: The shawl uses a strand of fingering-weight yarn held together with a strand of lace-weight yarn, but they can be substituted for a single strand of DK-weight yarn.
