Heathermaid Fingering Socks

This is a plain (vanilla) style sock knit in 4 ply (fingering) yarn. The pattern is knitted toe-up with an Eye of Partridge heel cup using German short-rows and a slipped-stitch heel flap. Option given for a contrast heel. While the pattern is written for a circular needle utilising magic loop, double-pointed needles can be used if you prefer. This sock pattern is basically the same as Heathermaid's **Bubble and Squeak Socks** without the information about knitting scrappy style socks.
