The neck ribbing is worked on 3 mm needles, the rest of the jacket is worked on 4 mm needles. Increases are done every 8th round, by 16 sts every time to fit with the Brioche pattern. The yoke and the body is worked back and forth, while the sleeves are worked in rounds on double pointed needles, or using magic loop. The cardigan is just as good for everyday wear as it is for parties.
