Darlene

Darlene is a 60-inch blanket, made with Stylecraft Special DK and a size 4mm/G hook. Approx 3735 meters/4077 yards of yarn needed. Should you choose to use a thicker yarn and larger hook, your project will of course be larger in size, and you will need more yarn. The pink version used for the tutorial was made with 5 colours. The happy colours version was made with 7 colours. For the pink version you need to order: 2x Clematis 2x Magenta 3x Pistachio 4x Plum 5x Cream For the happy colours version: 4x Sunshine 1x Grass Green 4x Empire 1x Fiesta 2x Proper purple 2x Wisteria 1x Jaffa You can find both colorways and the amount used per round listed in a separate pdf. If you stop after round 59 you will have a baby size blanket of 38 inch/ 95 cm square. For baby size you need approx 1564 meters / 1707 yards of yarn.
