Isla Shawl

We are so happy to introduce you the little Biches & Bûches Isla Shawl! Designed by Astrid at the Atelier, with three colors in Le Petit Lambswool. It is such a fun little project, filled with joy, that we just love knitting, wearing and taking on the go. Inspired by our very first Biches & Bûches Collection with different sweaters and colorwork with this special stitch, we have loved making a little shawl with it, with our new colors and imaging gorgeous color combinations. **Techniques** German Twisted Cast-On Garter Stitch Working slipped stitches Increasing: M1L, M1R Elastic Bind-Off method Working color stripes **The Wool** Biches & Bûches Le Petit Lambswool One Size - 3 colors - 1 skein per color **Original Colorways** - Original Blue (Green Pink Turquoise): Green Pink Turquoise, Orange Red, Off White - Original Brown: Dark Green Brown, Off White, Very Light Blue - Original Beige: Beige, Soft Green Grey, Rose Grey - Original Orange: Off White, Dark Orange Grey, Very Light Blue - Original Summer Blue: Off White, Dark Brown, Summer Blue - Original Rose: Le Cashmere & Lambswool Off White, Le Petit Lambswool Beige et Light Peach With these 3 skeins (one of each color), you will have enough yarn to knit 2, or even 3, small shawls by alternating the main color, or knit a bigger shawl if you wish! **Knitting Needles (suggested)** Straight needles or Circular Needles 3.5 mm / US 4 / UK 9 **Gauge** 24 sts and 40 rows = 10 cm / 4" in slipped-stitch pattern 24 sts and 44 rows = 10 cm / 4" in garter stitch **Measurements of the finished knit** Approx 28 x 72 cm ≈ 11 × 28.25 in **How to wash** Always handwash and lay flat to dry - Handle with care and make sure not to stretch your knit while wet
