Therefore the scarf is perfect for using yarn from your stash. You need approx. 200 m / 218 yds of fingering weight yarn if you use two strands of fingering weight yarn held together. You need approx. 100 m / 109 yds of fingering weight yarn and 100 m / 109” fingering weight yarn if you use one strand of fingering held together with one strand of lace weight yarn. You need approx. 100 m / 109 yds of DK weight yarn if you use one strand of yarn.
