Beaukiss Hood

The Beaukiss Hood is beginner friendly, knit in garter stitch with slipped stitch edges. It’s knit flat with no shaping and later seamed for the back of the hood. A post office was established there in 1880 with S. M. Slaughter as Postmaster. He suggested several names to the postal authorities in Washington, but for one reason or another none was suitable.
