Spot Regular

**SPOT REGULAR** is a classic sweater with a simple stranded pattern and twisted rib details. Unlike the original sweater, SPOT SWEATER, SPOT REGULAR has a regular fit and a smaller armhole. I’ve designed the sweater to be knitted in two different yarn variations: a mohair version and a wool version. Because the yarns are different in elasticity, the two versions have different numbers of stitches in the neckline, which means sections of the pattern are divided into separate instructions for each version. The sweater is worked top-down. The first part of the yoke is worked back and forth while the neckline is shaped. Measuring some of your favorite sweaters can help you choose the perfect size. My Mohair version of the SPOT REGULAR has 21 cm of positive ease (page 1), my Wool version 1 has 10 cm of positive ease (page 4), and Christian ́s Wool version 2 has 48 cm of positive ease (page 8, left) when I am wearing it.
