in this cold time where you can't get enough winter accessories, this kind of scarf is a huge favorite of mine. i knew when creating this, that it had to be made in a great quality and that the size should be right. the small size, is like a classic bandana size perfect with a sweater to spice up an outfit or as shown in the last page. the large size can be tied around the head for the bike ride, or around the neck too. all in all, the scarf to go with everything. and for a smaller project like this, you can spoil yourself a little with the yarn quality. you deserve it! yarn: 1 strand prestige from lana gatto (brown 10053) or 1 strand cashsoft from long yarns (0033) and 1 thread angel from permin (884181) gauge: 20 stitches x 28 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 cm x 10 cm on needle size 4 mm needle size: 4mm (100 cm round needles) sizes: 1 (2) measurements: 73 cm (100 cm) measured on the widest piece of the scarf. after washing and in use, however, it will stretch a bit. yarn consumption: 2 (4 skeins) prestige, 2 keys cashsoft + 1 skein angel (4 skeins of cashsoft + 2 keys angel) yarn alternative: cashmere cotton, or cashmere premium both from long yarns. the pattern is digital, and will be send as a pdf-file to your e-mail address. happy knitting!
