Deviled Egg Hat

As a bonus, you also get notations to make it an AVOCADO! This pattern is rated intermediate and creates a one size hat to fit adults and older kids. You will need a true worsted yarn and it is held double strand in this pattern. Stitches include sc, hdc, dc. You will need to understand how to work in the round, both joined and unjoined, and use stitch markers to keep accurate rounds counts. You will also use 40" of 16g or similar craft wire to hold the brim as well as optional seed beads to sew in the "paprika". The hat rests atop the head balanced by the yolk and the remainder of the hat is away from and loose down the face so truly any hair or head should fit in this.
