Simple Earwarmer

**Keep in mind** There are countless patterns for earwarmers and headbands everywhere that come down to crocheting a long rectangle and sewing it shut. I freehanded this one, but it's so simple that there is a chance someone came up with something similar before I did so as well. This pattern uses the **American Crochet Terminology**. **Hook size** = 5mm **Yarn recommendation** Weight 4 (Alize Burcum Klasik/Batik) about **85m or 93yds** You can also use thinner yarn with 5mm crochet hook to create a very lightweight headband. **Abbreviations** Ch - chain Hdc - half double crochet BLO - back loop only St/sts - stitch/stitches **Size of the finished headband lying flat:** 26cm x 10cm (10.2" x 4") Any questions, comments, concerns?
