Einlegesohle Insole

Einlegesohlen für den Winter aus Sockenwollresten - schnell gemacht und universell einsetzbar. Durch das Muster kraus-rechts und doppeltem Faden in etwa so dick wie eine handelsübliche Sohle. Da ich nicht alle Größen habe und benötige, hier die Anleitung für die Größe 39, bei Bedarf einfach 1 Masche mehr oder weniger anschlagen und öfter auf eine vorhandene Sohle legen, um die Höhen anzupassen. Eine weitere Möglichkeit für Innensohlen: ein verfilzter, zu heiß gewaschener Pulli! Einfach nochmal bei normaler Wäsche mitwaschen und schleudern lassen. Dann vorhandene Sohlen auflegen, nachzeichnen, ausschneiden, die Kanten versäubern (ggf. auch für besonders dicke Sohlen zwei Schichten zusammen, siehe 3. If necessary, simply cast on 1 stitch more or less and place it on an existing sole more often to adjust the height. Another option for insoles: a felted sweater that has been washed at too high a temperature! Simply wash it again with your normal laundry and spin dry. Then place your existing insoles on top, trace around them, cut them out, and neaten the edges (if necessary, use two layers for particularly thick insoles, see 3rd picture on the right).
