Celebrate new beginnings with us! This shawl commemorates our tenth anniversary and a fresh start as we begin working toward the next ten years. This shawl is designed to knit up beautifully at any gauge, so have fun knitting with any amirisu yarn and colorway you like. **Yarn** Fingering Weight yarn Swing (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 500 yards/460m,100g), 1 skein Sample is shown in Let’s Go Play **Needles** Gauge is not critical for this pattern. Select a needle size based on your preference for the appearance of the knitted fabric. US 4 (3.5 mm) needles were used for the sample. **Gauge** (after blocking) 23 stitches & 37 rows = 4”/ 10 cm in Stockinette St **Sizes** Finished measurements of sample: Width 63¾”/ 162 cm, depth 14½”/ 37 cm **Tools** Stitch marker, Scale to weigh yarn **Note** This shawl is designed to use up a full amount of yarn based on the starting weight. You will work a charted lace edging and stockinette stitch for the body, but you will work more rows of the lace edge to create a ruffled effect. Turn the work at the marker placed to divide the lace edge and stockinette body as instructed, do not work DS or W&T.
