It can be knitted as a shawl or casted on on a provisional cast on and bound off with 3 needle bind off to create closed wrap. SIZE one size Final Measurements Length: 190 cm Width: 35 cm GAUGE 20 stitches and 30 rows stockinette on 10x10 cm gauge, on 3,75mm needles, washed and blocked YARN CONSUMPTION 70 grams (approximately 600 metres) of one lace yarn 70 grams (approximately 600 metres) of another lace yarn Both yarns will be held together throughout the project YARN Isager Alpaca 1 (400 m/ 50 grams), 2 balls Colorway on the photos: 46 Isager Silk Mohair (225 m / 25 grams), 3 balls Colorway on the photos: 67 Both yarns are held together. NEEDLES 3,75 mm circular needles on 60 cm cord (longer cord will be useful for bind off) 4,5 mm needles for bind off OTHER NOTIONS weaving needle scissors hook for a provisional crochet cast-on piece of contrasting yarn for the provisional cast-on. Aim for more smooth yarn so that the mohair doesn't stick to it.
