Zuza Lacy Shawl

Zuza Lacy Shawl was inspired by my friend Zuzana. We run a yarn shop Woolpoint together and we also have a podcast on Youtube. During colder months Zuzana wears this lacy shawl bought from a store for our filming. Our viewers love it, but there was no pattern to make it, so I decided to create one. Hope you enjoy it! Size one size Finished measurements Length: 190 cm / 75 in Width: 35 cm / 13.8 in Gauge 20 sts & 30 rows = 10 × 10 cm / 4 x 4 in in stockinette stitch flat on 3.75 mm (US 5) size needle, washed and blocked Needles 3.75 mm (US 5) circular, on at least 60 cm / 24 in cable (longer cable will be useful for. the bind-off 4.50 mm (US 7) for the bind-off Yarn 70 g of Yarn A, lace weight yarn 70 g of Yarn B, lace weight yarn Notions Tapestry needle Scissors Hook for provisional cast-on (approx. size 3.75 mm / US 5) Piece of contrasting yarn for the provisional cast-on. Aim for more smooth yarn so that the mohair doesn't stick to it. Yarn I used for the sample Isager Alpaca 1,100 % alpaca, (400 m / 444 yd / 50 g), 2 skeins Isager Silk Mohair. 75 % mohair, 25 % silk, (212 m / 235 yd / 25 g), 3 skeins Colorway: 67 Both yarns are held together throughout the project
