I am thrilled to present The Philanthropist's Cat, the first pattern in my brand-new Occupation Cats series! This heartwarming pattern showcases a generous cat sporting a cozy Santa hat, ready to spread holiday cheer. This series grew out of my love for drawing whimsical cat and kitten scenes, often based on professions and personalities. Earlier this year, I got carried away with sketching these delightful kitties, imagining the unique roles they play in our lives. The Philanthropist's Cat is the perfect addition to your holiday decor or a thoughtful gift for the cat lover in your life. Imagine this benevolent feline enjoying fireside naps, festive gatherings, and spreading warmth during the chilly season. This pattern is created using overlay mosaic crochet techniques. If you already know the overlay mosaic technique, this is considered a beginner pattern as there are no special stitches. All of my patterns include both graphs and written row by row directions. Pattern Specifics: * 143 stitches by 199 rows * Predictions are based on worsted weight yarn * Approximately 1475 yards each of two contrasting colors * Yardage and finished size are dependent on the size hook and yarn you use, as well as your tension * Approximate size using 4mm: 39”x58”, check photos for stats on pictured projects * 1 large graph marked with Xs in light blue and white, sectioned, blown up graphs marked with Xs * Written row by row stitch directions * Does not contain color coded graphs or color coded written *This pattern is for personal use only and not available for commercial use without express consent.
