Ring Around The Rosie

This coaster is worked around a ring/hoop. Worked in a minimum of two colours, makes the petals stand out. You could also use one solid and one variegated yarn. The finished piece needs aggressive blocking to help the pattern bloom. A candle/tea light/flowers/diya (Indian lamp) can be placed in the middle. The simple design works beautifully for any festival world over.
