The Long Weekend

I love working up little squares and joining them together. It lets you play with colours, layouts and also means that you can have a ball of yarn and a hook in your bag and work on it whenever you have a small amount of time. I made them when we were travelling by car, on the train, on my lunch break or just when curled up on the couch watching a movie. The blankets I have made, in two different colour ways, yarn blends and layout have hopefully shown you the versatility of the little square. With a no sew joining technique to bring it all together. Then a simple border to finish it off.
