Winnie's Wonder Crochet Along 2024 Winnie's Wonder is an 8 part crochet along which begins Friday 27th September 2024. Each part will be published on a Friday morning at approx. 10am UK time. You will be able to find the pattern and links to videos each week on my website and, also in my Facebook group Helen’s Hookaholics. I often see people who are new to my designs say that they do not think they will be able to do it. Although many beginners have made my designs and learned a lot along the way. We will be making a full sized square blanket. How much yarn will you need? There will be 2 yarn packs available from Woolwarehouse, links can be found on my website. The total amount of yarn needed is: Normal Double Knit yarn – #3 weight – 8-ply – approx. 5015 metres – 5475 yards – 4mm G hook – Finished size 154.5cm / 61 inches. Aran – Worsted – #4 weight – 10-ply – approx. 7056 metres – 7717 yards – 5 mm H hook. Finished size 190.5 cm / 75 inches. How much yarn you need depends on how many colours you chose to use.
