Toscana

Toscana is a lovely shawl in a classic triangular shape. It is knit in DK weight yarn, in one piece, top down. The shawl is knit entirely in a beautiful lace pattern. This pattern includes both charted and written row-by-row instructions. **Yarn**: Le Moire Yarn Janas DK [100% merino wool, non superwash; 266 meters (291 yards)/ 100g (3.53 oz)]: 3 skeins; Or: 798 m/ 873 yards of DK weight yarn; Sample was knit in Terra di Siena colorway; **Needles**: 4.5 mm/ US7 circular needles at least 80 cm/ 32” long or needle size to obtain the gauge; **Gauge**: 20 sts and 30 rows = 10 cm/ 4” in Stockinette Stitch on 4.5 mm/ US7 needles, measured flat after blocking; Gauge is not important for this project but it will affect the size of your shawl and the yardage.
