Use the needles and gauge info from another pattern. **Fingering/DK** Like all gnomes in this book, Gnectar is shown in both fingering and DK weight yarn. Gauge, needle information, height, and yardage details are provided for both in the book. Check out the "Chart of Everything" in the photos. (Knitting instructions are identical for the fingering and DK weight versions.) **Gnectar's Story** Gnectar’s house is nestled in a dell with very good soil. Tall rhubarb plants shade his southern windows in summer, and a thicket of raspberry bushes shield the house from the north winds in winter.
