Rhodes Top knitting pattern is great for an beginner knitter , who wants to learn some new techniques in knitting to use afterwards those skills in next projects. It is knitted with basic stitches and minimal shaping. It contains supporting videos with knitting techniques used in this pattern. The Rhodes Top is worked from bottom upwards in 2 separate pieces: front and back. Then the shoulders are sewn with Stockinette seam. The sides are sewn with Mattress stitch. The round neckline is framed with rolled stockinette collar. Pattern is written in English, French, German. Sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL FINISHED MEASUREMENTS approximate Size 1/2 Bust, Length S 46cm (18””) 60cm (24”) M 52cm (20-21”) 61cm (24”) L 56cm (22”) 63cm (25”) XL 60cm (23-24”) 65cm (25.5") XXL 66cm (26”) 69cm (27”) XXXL 71cm (28”) 70cm (27”) Suggested yarn (choose one of the following options): 1. Katia Linen 53% Cotton, 47% Linen 50g-112m/122yds 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 skeins. Note: you can choose another yarn brand, that allows you to obtain the correct gauge. Yarn options that were used by testknitters:  Lamana Cosma 60% Organic Pima Cotton, 40% Modal 50g-100m/109yds 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 skeins.  Drops Cotton Light 50g-105m/115yds 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 skeins.  Sandes Garn Line 50g-110m/120yds 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 skeins. • A pair of 4.0mm (US 6, UK 8) straight or circular needles for the main body. • A pair of 2.5mm (US 1.5, UK 11-12) straight or circular needles for the body bottom and ribbing. • A pair of 2.0mm (US 0, UK 14) circular needles or DPNs for the collar. • Tapestry needle. • Stitch holder or about 100 cm of waste yarn (25”). • 2 openable stitch markers. • Measuring tape. • Crochet hook 2.5mm (US B1, C2, UK 12) in case you will do a crochet chain in the beginning of the neck finish. • Scissors. GAUGE (TENSION) approximate: 18sts x 25rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) in stockinette stitch after washing and blocking. The swatch is made with 3.0mm (US 2.5, UK 11) knitting needles.
