Mint Leaf

Mint Leaf is a small two-skein shawl worked from the center of top (wingspan) down, which makes it easily adjustable. Extra stitches at each row end gives this shawl a lovely and comfy boomerang shape. The stitch pattern is based on the linen (moss) stitch. It is modified in an unusual way to create wonderfully textured lines with a gentle curve, enhanced by eyelets for an airy effect. **MATERIALS** - Malabrigo Sock; light fingering / 3 ply; 440 yd (402 m) per 100 g skein; 100% merino wool - Hook: U.S. E (3.5 mm) - Yarn needle to weave in ends - Stitch markers **YARDAGE** * 2 skeins in shade 083 Watergreen **GAUGE FOR SWATCH** * 24 sts (sc and chs) and 24 rows = 4″ (10 cm) worked in linen st patt only.
