도안 상세 설명 구글번역기로 번역하기
The Lumme tee was named after the Finnish word for a water lily. I was inspired by the murky and dark waters of Finnish forest ponds and the contrast they create with white water lilies.
The Lumme tee is knitted seamlessly top-down. The yoke is knitted in stranded colorwork with increases incorporated into the pattern. Choose 2 colors with enough contrast for the best result. The sleeves and body are separated at the underarm and knitted separately. The hem and cuffs are folded double to give the tee a neat and finished look. The neckband is worked as an i-cord.

Note: Please be aware that adjusting the lengths of the garment will also affect the amount of yarn needed to finish the project.
Yarn
Note: If you are working with fingering weight yarn, hold the yarns double throughout the whole project. If you are working with DK weight yarn, work with single strands.
Fingering weight yarn held double: 940 (1030, 1140, 1250, 1380) (1510, 1660, 1830, 2010) m / 1030 (1130, 1240, 1370, 1500) (1650, 1820, 2000, 2200) yards of MC and 190 (210, 230, 250, 280) (300, 330, 370, 400) m / 210 (230, 250, 270, 300) (330, 360, 400, 440) yards of CC.

Needles
Needle size A:
3 mm / US2.5 DPNs or a circular needle with a cable suitable for small circumference knitting for cuffs
3 mm / US2.5 circular needle with a cable length of 40 cm / 16 inches for the neckline
3 mm / US2.5 circular needle with a cable length of 80 cm / 32 inches for smaller sizes and 100 cm / 40 inches for larger sizes for the hem
Needle size B:
3.5 mm / US4 DPNs or a circular needle with a cable suitable for small circumference knitting for sleeves
3.5 mm / US4 circular needle with a cable length of 80 cm / 32 inches for smaller sizes and 100 cm / 40 inches for larger sizes for the body
Needle size C:
4.0 mm / US6 circular needle with a cable length of 60 cm / 24 inches for smaller sizes and 80 cm / 32 inches for larger sizes for the colorwork at the top of the yoke
4.0 mm / US6 circular needle with a cable length of 80 cm / 32 inches for smaller sizes and 100 cm / 40 inches for larger sizes for the colorwork at the bottom of the yoke
Note: Always use the needle size that gets you the right gauge! I recommend knitting the colorwork using a needle one size larger than you would normally use for Stockinette stitch with the same yarn weight.
