*Choose two colors of fingering weight yarn and hold them together throughout this marled sweater project. The top-down pullover begins with a folded hem in twisted rib. Then moss stitch is worked in the round as you increase with raglan shaping. I used two colors of West Wool Bicycle, a non-superwash merino wool. This soft and lofty fiber produces a super squishy and cozy fabric. The simple stitches and straight forward instructions make this sweater ideal for beginner sweater knitters. Enjoy mixing your yarns together as you knit this comfy sweater.* **Sizes** 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9) **Finished Measurements** 32 (36, 39, 43, 50) (55, 59, 62, 66)″ / 81 (91, 99, 109, 127) (140, 150, 157, 168)cm chest circumference. Measurements taken after blocking. Size 5 shown with about 4″ / 10cm of positive ease. I recommend selecting a size that is approximately 2 – 4″ / 5 – 10cm larger than your actual chest circumference for a fit with postive ease. For an even more relaxed fit, select a size that is 5 – 8″ / 13 – 20cm larger than your actual chest circumference. Yoke, sleeve, and body lengths are customizable. **Yarn** Fingering weight held double This sweater features two strands of fingering weight yarn (West Wool Bicycle) held together. You can also knit this sweater with one strand of DK or worsted weight yarn. **Yardage** Approximately 1000 (1100, 1200, 1400, 1600) (1750, 1850, 1900, 2000)yds / 914 (1006, 1097, 1280, 1463) (1600, 1692, 1737, 1829)m of each color. Make sure you get the recommended yardage amount for your size for BOTH strands of yarn because you are holding two strands of fingering weight yarn together. If you are using West Wool Bicycle, you will need 6 (6, 7, 8, 9) (10, 10, 10, 11) skeins of EACH color. **Shown in** West Wool Bicycle (100% South American Merino Wool; 191yds / 175m per 50g skein) Green Sweater - Wellington & Sage held together Pink Sweater - Berry & Fuchsia held together **Needles** US 6 / 4mm circular in 40″ / 100cm length or one size smaller than larger needle US 7 / 4.5mm circular in 40″ / 100cm length or size needed to obtain gauge Magic loop method is used for the collar, yoke, and sleeves.
