Formal Garden 2

**Formal Garden 2** is an asymmetric triangular shawl worked from the tip, growing progressively until the desired size is reached. Post stitches, spikes, puffs and contrasting lines create graphic texture resembling aligned flower beds. It can be worked using one main color and two contrasting colors only, or be a base for artistic color-play using plenty of colors. Gauge is not important for this project and the shawl can be made in any weight yarn. The materials and yarn quantities used on the large size sample can be seen on the [project page here][1].
