Rachel Neckerchief

The "Rachel Cloche" needed a neckpiece to match and in keeping with the style of a cloche, a neckerchief seemed just the right thing. This neck piece is easy to adjust length so you can choose to make it so you wear it close to the neck (like a bandana tied around your neck) or longer like a keyhole scarf.
