Gauges • One (12-round) square = 11in/28cm square using size US F-5/ 3.75mm hook. • 20 dc and 8 rows = 4in/10cm over mesh patt (see sleeve) using US F-5/3.75mm hook. Outsize square motifs, worked in alternating rounds of double and treble crochet, form the body of Drysdale’s polo tunic. The meshy fabric drapes across the body, complimenting the oversized fit. Single-crochet ribbing, worked into the back loops, forms the plackets and collar. The blended tones of UCHIWA #8 Kusatsu soften the geometric look.
