Flabellate means Fan. The bottom of the skirt fans out and give a superb unique flare to the skirt. This is my first garment design. It has a unique vertical construction. Simple repeatative pattern will keep you glued and you would want to finish the skirt asap. Because it's made to measure, you can choose any length and fit as per your like!
