Neptune skirt

The Neptune skirt is a made to measure size inclusive pattern, this means you take your own measurements before starting. This means it can be made for any size and age. The pattern is written in English only, it is a advanced beginner level that uses US terminology. You will need any type of sport/DK (8ply) weight cotton yarn and a 3.5mm crochet hook. You will also need some thick elastic which will be sewn into the top of the skirt. If you do not have elastic, you can always make a drawstring instead. I used roughly 1500m of yarn for the sample size (UK 8).
