You just have to respect the linen knit pattern. Remember that if you make variations in the size of the bandana, the yarn requirements will change from those proposed in the pattern. ## Finished measurements (measuring longest side): Total width (Sides A and B): 50 cm / 19.5” Total length (Central Spine): 25 cm / 10” ## Notes on construction  This bandana, knitted in garter stitch and finished with linen stitch in two colours, is crafted in one piece with rows worked back and forth in knit and purl. The placement of the increases creates a slightly slanted triangle, forming a "V" that fits the neck perfectly. The textured stitches add a touch of very minimalist fantasy. Enjoy choosing two vibrant colours to infuse energy and joy, or two muted tones to make it an everyday accessory. ## YARN  Amounts may vary because of the type of yarn, personal gauge, and any changes made to the pattern. Colour: Shadow #dark grey ## Sampler 2 C1: 1 skein of Myak - Baby Yak Medium in worsted weight (50 g / 117 m; 1.76 oz / 128 yd; 100% Baby Yak) Colour: Tibetan Sky #light dark grey C2*: 1/2 skein of Myak - Baby Yak Medium in worsted weight (50 g / 117 m; 1.76 oz / 128 yd; 100% Baby Yak) Colour: Dusty Pink #pink *Please note that you won't require a full skein for the contrast colour, but for optimal results, I recommend using the same quality of yarn to ensure a flawless effect on your bandana. ### Alternative Yarn C1: 1 ball of Myak Fiocco di Cashmere | Medium, in lace weight (50 g / 117 m; 1.76 oz / 128 yd; 100% Tibetan Cashmere) C2: 1/2 ball of Myak Fiocco di Cashmere | Medium in worsted weight (50 g / 117 m; 1.76 oz / 128 yd; 100% Baby Yak) Colour: Dusty Pink #pink ###### The Hellebore Bandana requires 1 ball for the Main Color (MC) and 0.5 for the Contrast Color (CC). With 3 balls of cashmere, you can knit two bandanas.  ## Needles Main fabric: circular needles 4 mm / 80-120 cm [US 6/32-47"] or the size needed for the correct gauge. Trim: circular needles 3.5 mm / 80-120 cm [US 4/32-47"] o 0.5 mm / [US US 0] thinner than the size needed for the correct gauge. ## Notions A tapestry needle, markers and one safety pin are needed to show the right side of the garment.  ## Gauge 18 stitches x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4”] in GARTER ST worked FLAT after blocking.  ###### Being a shawl, the gauge is optional, but it can change your yarn requirements and the final measurements of the garment if not adjusted properly. ## Techniques Long-tail cast-on. Los aumentos están dispuestos de manera que crean un triángulo ligeramente inclinado, formando una "V" que se ajusta perfectamente al cuello. Los puntos texturizados añaden un toque de fantasía muy minimalista.
