**ABOUT THE DESIGN** Dragon Lore 2 serves as the sequel to my original pattern, [Dragon Lore][3]. What sets these two designs apart? Beads! The addition of beads distinguishes Dragon Lore 2, while the essence remains unchanged. Crafting this pattern was no small feat; it took months to meticulously write, calculate bead quantities for each color, and discover the ideal yarn and bead combination. I sincerely hope that the effort proves worthwhile, and I am eagerly looking forward to witnessing Dragon Lore 2 shawls being cast on by my fellow knitters around the world. This is a unique knitwear piece that magically turns you into a mythological being. The heavily textured 3D dragon scales, embellished with three beads on each scale, may seem intricate, but fear not – creating them is surprisingly easy (no short rows required!). Whether draped as a shawl or converted into an over-the-shoulder piece, this versatile garment lets you rock the mythical vibe. To amp up the texture, leather tassels featuring renaissance-style motifs complete this unique and stylish creation. You have 2 option - to work this design in fade, or in one color.
